Accessibility & ESG Inclusive Policy – AI Transform
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
AI Transform (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to creating technology, services, and workplaces that are accessible, inclusive, sustainable, and equitable, in compliance with EU and US laws and global best practices.
This Policy outlines our commitments under the EU Accessibility Act (2025), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, WCAG 2.2 standards, the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, and other applicable frameworks.
1. Accessibility Commitment
We believe technology should be usable by everyone.

  • Digital Accessibility – Our websites, apps, and platforms follow WCAG 2.2 AA standards (and equivalent EU/US accessibility rules).

  • Physical & Workplace Accessibility – Offices, facilities, and technologies are designed to ensure equitable access, reasonable accommodations, and barrier-free participation.

  • Feedback Channels – Users may report accessibility concerns at accessibility@aitransform.com, and we will respond within 30 days as required by EU/US law.

  • Continuous Improvement – Accessibility is embedded into our design, procurement, and testing processes.

2. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
AI Transform values people of all backgrounds and identities.

  • Non-Discrimination – We comply with Title VII of the US Civil Rights Act, EU Equal Treatment Directives, and state/provincial DEI laws. No discrimination is tolerated on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, veteran status, or any protected category.

  • Inclusive Workforce – Hiring, promotion, and pay practices are reviewed regularly for fairness and equal opportunity.

  • Employee Empowerment – We provide training, mentorship, and up-skilling programs that build inclusive leadership and AI-driven workforce readiness.

  • Human Rights – We uphold UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights across our operations and supply chain.

3. Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)
We recognize our role in shaping a sustainable, responsible future.

  • Environmental – We measure, disclose, and work to reduce our carbon footprint in line with Paris Agreement targets and EU/US ESG reporting requirements.

  • Social – We invest in employee well-being, customer trust, data privacy, and partnerships that create positive community impact.

  • Governance – We maintain ethical, transparent governance, aligning with SEC ESG disclosure guidance, EU CSRD, and global anti-corruption laws.

  • Supply Chain Responsibility – Vendors and partners are expected to comply with environmental and human rights standards.

5. Accountability & Reporting

  • Oversight – AI Transform’s Board and ESG Committee oversee compliance with accessibility, DEI, and ESG standards.

  • Transparency – Annual ESG and Accessibility updates will be published.

  • Grievance Mechanisms – Employees, customers, and partners may report concerns confidentially at ethics@aitransform.com.

  • Enforcement – Non-compliance with this Policy may result in corrective measures, up to and including termination of contracts or employment.
